My friend Kylae has launched a new web site selling golf clubs online. Check it out if you're in the market for some golf clubs at great prices!
I've been working with Duncan Scott to launch a new web site for the We the Living movie, which includes historical information about the movie as well as a link to purchase the video via PayPal. The Atlasphere recently published a two-part interview with Duncan Scott, wherein he talks extensively about his experiences releasing the movie in America, with Ayn Rand's approval and guidance.
Yesterday I consolidated my Zader Consulting site into a one-page portfolio of my design services, updated to feature my most recent projects. Check it out if you're interested.
I have begun setting up the "feature columns" area of the Atlasphere, for which I have just ordered the Article Manager software created by InteractiveTools.com. Their software appears to be very similar to MoveableType's blogging platform, which I've enjoyed using. My initial conversations with the InteractiveTools sales and support staff were fantastic. They were available, informed, and extremely helpful. I'm looking forward to using their software on the Atlasphere. I will post additional information here as I learn more about their product and their customer support. ...So far everything looks splendid! UPDATE 10/23/03 - Thumbs up. Their software ...
The new web site for musician John Mayer has been launched. Wow. CHECK IT OUT!
I've just finished launching the web site for Albuquerque portrait photographer Ruth Walsh: Ruth Walsh Photography - http://ruthwalsh.com I love doing artist web sites, in general, and Ruth's was particularly enjoyable. It's fun when the content is so exquisite that the site can simply to serve as an elegant container. Comments and bug reports are welcome. I have noticed that the thumbnail photos at the bottom of the gallery pages aren't centering in IE6. It's some kind of IE bug, apparently, as it works fine in other browsers. I haven't been able to get to the bottom of that yet; it ...
As I mentioned a few months ago, my brother Dominic and his roommate Kainoa have gone into business selling a crop of coffee beans that won Hawaii's "coffee of the year" contest last year. I'm not a coffee drinker, but by all accounts, this is some premium stuff. We just launched their web site, which facilitates online ordering for those of you who drink coffee and want to indulge yourself in some of the best coffee available to mankind. You can check it out here: Kainoa Coffee - http://kainoacoffee.com I think we've finally got the shopping cart working seamlessly, but please ...
Can anybody explain to me why my blog is being duplicated by whoever this is? http://pack.soksok.jp/y/.1kh6/mudita In fact, they're apparently duplicating all of zader.com. There's something creepy about this. But I take cold comfort in the fact that they're doing it for David and Diana, too. UPDATE: Ah, the links superimposed at the top of those pages lead to some sort of oriental porn portals. Is this a traffic-generating scheme? I'm still confused about how it would work. UPDATE.2: Okay, nevermind.... Seems to be happening to just about everybody. Try a google on soksok for more stories. It has ...
I'm pleased to announce the launch of a new Zader Consulting web site, for Human Initiative Inc., an Albuquerque-based a welfare-to-work program that has been gaining significant attention (read: funding) in New Mexico, because it is so well organized and managed. Today they provide services in six cities around the state, but rumor has it they're being groomed to assume a much larger role in reducing New Mexico's welfare rolls. Check out their new site at: Human Initiative Inc. - humaninit.com Please send me any comments or bug reports!
Okay, I'm back in business.... My thanks to the fine folks at moveabletype.org for their technical assistance over the past couple days. I've been using MT now for three months, and am quite thrilled with it as a blogging platform. It's fast, flexible, and affordable (actually, free). I just sent them a sizeable tip, for making such awesome software available to us perl-impaired folks. I'm under deadline for a few things over the next few days, but plan to resume blogging shortly. ...Spring break is next week!
