Updated Chili Recipe

I just updated my recipe for black-eyed pea chipotle chili. I had occasion to make fresh batch this morning, for the first time in a year or so, and it was heavenly. The sweet, smoky smell of chipotle and Kahlúa just fills the house. I updated the recipe with an ingredient I forgot to list last time … the beef bouillon. Just not the same without it.
