I Want to Design Cars
I’ve long wished I could live multiple lives. One to be a musician. One to be an architect. One to be a psychologist. One to be a web desiger.
And — this one crosses my mind almost every time I’m looking at some new excuse for a car — one to be a car designer.
Sometimes it’s painful not to be able to do all of them.
And now amateur car designer Ugar Sahin comes along and makes it worse, by showing just what can be accomplished by someone with no real experience in the automotive industry.
UPDATE: Actually, on his web site he says he works as a designer for Modesi. Now I feel better.
I look forward to seeing better cars on the road, as it gets continually easier for non-Detroit-heads to come up with cool designs. Now if we can just fix the problem of manufacture.
Admirable. However, I’d recommend abandoning that dream of yours as everybody knows the pinnacle of car design came and went with this.
I find it hard to fault your logic, Austin. Maybe one of my other careers will pan out.
