Even Russian President Putin, who opposed and continues to oppose the war in Iraq, believes that a Kerry win would lead terrorists to “celebrate a victory over America and over the entire anti-terror coalition” and “could lead to the spread of terrorism to other parts of the world.” (Via Instapundit)
