The Dandelion

Just outside our front door lies a large flower bed, high upon a railroad-tie retainer wall. In the winter, it sometimes fills up with snow. During the summer, it’s mostly weeds and desert flora.
But this year, in the middle, sits one ... giant ... dandelion.
