This site was indexed by Google within a few hours of its launch on December 13th, probably because of the initial links from the well-indexed domains geekpress.com and zader.com.
For several days afterwards, Mudita Journal received visitors who’d done a search on Google for “condoleeza rice newsweek” (since one of my first entries addressed this topic) and MJ was a top listing for “mudita” as well.
But then, just as suddenly, Mudita Journal was nowhere to be found on Google. I believe this started around Saturday. None of the above searches currently yields this site, and even a search for “mudita journal” yields only Wayne Klick’s link, which I believe he added to his sidebar in the past 24 hours or so.
All this adds up to the impression that MJ was somehow wiped from Google’s database. Has anyone else heard of this or seen it happen?
UPDATE: As of Friday, MJ seems to be back in favor over at Google. I’ve no idea what causes the changes.
