Kathy and I went to see Lost in Translation this afternoon, and together enjoyed its virtues, which have been capably described by Roger Ebert.

    Thank you for the recommendation — I’ve been interested in this film and wondering whether it’s worth seeing. I’ll go see it.

    I’m also wondering about In The Cut but less hopeful. And, of course, The Human Stain (I wrote a review of the book, here.)
